The Eli’s Restaurant Group proudly welcomes the third member of its restaurant family, Eli's Brick Oven Pizza and Market.  The restaurant carries on the Eli’s philosophy of warm, customer friendly, “hometown” atmosphere, where exceptional service is combined with great food.  Eli's owners just completed extensive renovations to the former Bimontes  Pizza Castle building which sits directly across from Eli's on Whitney, the group's first location on Whitney Avenue. The sophisticated and upscale facade and interrior décor has been carried forward from Eli's On Whitney to Eli's Brick Oven Pizza and Market.  The styling cues and exterior materials complement each location presenting a harmonious architectural statement in the center of Hamden.

The former pizzeria building has been turned into a show place with imported Brick Ovens, an Italian market, and a very inviting dining room.  The goal of the owners was to offer thin crust “New Haven style” pizzas and calzones, while offering a selection of Italian dinners and daily specials.  These offerings combined with outstanding service and atmosphere make for your Bon Appetite!
